King George Go To King George County Page	Notice of a Call to the King George Republican Committee Mass Meeting The King George Republican Committee’s Mass Meeting will be held on March 28th, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Hanover Baptist Church Fellowship Hall , 10312 Hanover Church Rd, King George, Virginia 22485.  Registration for Mass Meeting starts at 5:45 pm and will close at 6:45 pm. All candidates for Delegate will be required to pre-file not later than 5:00 pm local time Wednesday March 13th, 2013 either by written statement form or in person at a duly called meeting. Postmarks do not govern. Detailed pre-filing requirements can be found in the complete call. The Mass Meeting will; (a) elect Delegates and Alternates to the Republican Party of Virginia State Convention on May 17th and May 18th, 2013 for the purpose of electing nominees for the Offices of Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General; and (b) electing Delegates and Alternates for the King George Republican Convention on May 9th to nominate candidates for the offices of the King George County Board of Supervisors for Monroe and Shiloh precincts. There will be no registration fee required to participate in this Mass Meeting, but a voluntary contribution of $10 per participant is requested. There is a voluntary registration fee of $35 per participant for Delegate for the State Convention which must be paid by the local party to the Republican Party of Virginia and a $10 voluntary registration fee per participant for Delegate to the King George Convention. Richmond Go To Richmond County Page	Official Call Mass Meeting of Richmond County Republican Committee Monday, April 8, 2013 As Chairman of the Richmond County Republican Committee of the Republican Party Virginia and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and directed by the Committee, I, Debra Harper, do hereby issue this Call for a Mass Meeting to be held at the Warsaw Town Office Building, 78 BelleVille Lane, Warsaw, VA starting at 7 PM local time on Monday, April 8, 2013 for the following purposes:           1) Electing up to 75 Delegates and an equal number of Alternates to the Republican Party                         of Virginia’s State Convention, to be held on Friday May 17th and Saturday May 18th,   2013 at the Richmond Coliseum located at 601 East Leigh Street, Richmond, Virginia   beginning at 2:00 PM local time on Friday May 17th (No voting for candidate for the   office Governor, Lt Governor or Attorney General will be conducted prior to 12:00 PM   local time on Saturday M ay 18, 2013) for the purposes of nominating a Republican   candidate for Governor, Lt Governor, and Attorney General .  Each unit is entitled to   one Delegate Vote per 250 Republican votes for Governor and President at their last   election, so that Richmond County is entitled to 15 Delegate Votes;              (2) Any other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
