As Chairman of the Richmond County Republican Party,
I, Debra Harper, do hereby issue this Call
for a Meeting of the Richmond County Republican Committee
to be held at the Warsaw Town Office Building,
 78 BelleVille Lane, Warsaw, VA
starting at 7:00 PM local time
on Tuesday, October 11, 2011.

The next meeting of the Richmond County Republican Committee will be held Monday, August 16, 2011, at the Warsaw Town Office at 7:00 PM.  Please plan to attend, as we need to set a date for our Mass Meeting for the purpose of nominating any candidates to run as Republicans in this fall's General Election, and approve the call for the meeting.
